Coaching Works

Coaching is a multi-billion dollar a year industry. So, it works! But many people call themselves a coach whereas they are in fact a consultant, giving advice. The moment someone tells you what you should do to get more success, they are in fact giving you consultancy. They’re not coaching you.

The true coaching process is one whereby you work out what you want, what is getting in the way, and what you will do about it to get different results.

Coaching is a Process

Coaching follows a systematic path starting with self-analysis and self-discovery. The next step involves you working out what you’re good at and what motivates you. You then start to create a strategy for overcoming obstacles whilst also creating ways in which you can “plug the gaps” caused by the areas where you are less strong.

Finally, you turn all this into a bespoke, measurable plan of action, one that works for you and only you, that all heads towards your carefully thought-out goal. A coaching plan is as unique to you as your own fingerprint.

What We do

We give you the training through a multitude of presenter-lead video modules, and then we empower you with blank forms and exercises that you fill in, with meaningful content that, when brought to life, will give you the results you want.
